What are postage costs?

Earrings - posted free within NZ

Glass - sent via courier, generally about $15 to $25 within NZ

Pick up is available from my studio at Portland, Whangarei or UPcycled af Gallery, 1 Woods Road, Whangarei.

I go into town once a week, so can possibly arrange a drop off.

What are your timeframes if I order one of your standard designs?

Usually about 2-3 weeks. If you have a specific date you are wanting an item for, please let me know. I may be able to fit it in earlier.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

If you are ordering a standard design with no changes, then no deposit is required.

If you are wanting changes to a standard design or have requested a custom piece, then a deposit is required.

Do you make repairs?

No, sorry, I enjoy making things and do not repair existing work.

Do you make windows?

Occasionally. Please get in touch to discuss the project you have in mind.

Will you make something I have seen before from a different artist?

I do not make copies of other artists’ work. But I may be able to make something similar without copying. Please get in touch.

Do you teach?

This is something I am open to. My workshop is small and cluttered so it would have to be one-on-one.

Can I provide my own glass?

I’m sure we can work something out.
